Mmmm, homemade sushi.
Daddy doing what every Daddy should… making his princess feel like a princess. In this photo she came up for some snuggles. She LOVES her Daddy.
Here she displays her baby wrap. She wants to be a Mommy when she grows up, and does what I do… wears her baby. Her Auntie made this for her a couple years back. She loves it. She can ride her bike AND carry her baby.
Though I know our Easter Eggers wont lay such vibrant eggs as these… I do look forward to the day when we have an array of beautiful naturally colored eggs of our own. Yes, 3 dozen hard boiled eggs and I cannot eat a one. These are all for the kids… who devour eggs. That’s why we are raising so many layers this year!
Our new-to-us people hauler. This will make trucking kids around so much easier.
Signs of life. We spent some time this weekend planting seeds. Tomatoes, peppers, cukes, beans, and a few flowers like marigolds and whatnot. Our little indoor greenhouse and egg cartons are doing quite well.
Here is our fancy Kale… Grow baby grow!
Here is a great shot of my helper. During the week I watch a friends 4 month old. She LOVES to help. Always has to help. So here she was so thrilled to snuggle the baby and feed her. It is beautiful to see her natural nurturing instincts.
Easter here we come!
One of my favorite flowers… this and lilacs. Oh how heavenly!
The FishDog’s wall of fame. This is only just some of her ribbons. Many of her qualifying ribbons are boxed up. There are so many now that they could take up the entire room and she hasn’t even earned her championship. Ah my old dog. That one big ribbon is the fuzzy yellow dogs ribbon. A perfect weekend ribbon… but I just had to put it up there too.
I hope you have a very blessed Easter from our family to yours!
